1⃣ Preparation and Safety:Assess the Engine: Our expert team first inspect the engine bay to identify any sensitive areas (such as electrical components, air filters, or exposed wires) that need special care during the cleaning process.
Cover Sensitive Components: We cover delicate parts like the battery, air intake, fuse box, alternator, and any exposed electrical connections with plastic bags or specialized covers to protect them from water and cleaning chemicals.
Turn Off the Engine: The engine should be completely cool before cleaning to prevent burns and ensure that no water or cleaning solutions can cause damage to hot components.
2⃣ Dry Cleaning (Initial Dust Removal):Use Compressed Air or a Brush: The engine bay is first "dry cleaned" to remove any loose dirt, dust, or debris. A can of compressed air or a soft-bristle brush is used to gently loosen dirt from hard-to-reach areas like the crevices around the engine, hoses, and vents.
Vacuum: In some cases, a vacuum with a soft nozzle attachment is used to pick up any loose dirt and debris from the engine bay.
3⃣ Degreasing:Apply Degreaser: A degreasing solution (engine cleaner or degreaser) is sprayed on the engine bay, including the engine block, hoses, and any areas with grease buildup. The degreaser helps break down grease and grime, making it easier to clean the surface.

7⃣ Polishing and DressingEngine Bay Dressing: Once the engine is dry, we apply a special engine bay dressing or protectant. This product is designed to give the plastic, rubber, and vinyl components in the engine bay a clean, matte finish and protect them from UV rays, cracking, and fading.
Detail the Finishes: The dressing is applied to areas like hoses, plastic covers, rubber seals, and any metal parts to restore their shine and protection. Our team member ensures that any excess product is wiped off to avoid streaking or attracting dust.
Polish Metal Parts (Optional): In some cases, metal parts (such as chrome or aluminum) may be polished for extra shine and protection.
